Paul Walker jokes were cut from the Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber.
Though Comedy Central roasts are the last places you should expect a bastion of respect and censorship, there is one thing that the comedy network won’t be allowing: Paul Walker jokes.

That’s right. The media giant will be cutting jokes about the late actor Paul Walker from the Roast of Justin Bieber before it’s release on March 20th.
Apparently, throughout the night there were a handful of crude jokes made at the expense of the late Fast & Furious star who died in November of 2013.
From a Comedy Central statement:
"“Roasts often push the limits of good taste and we give the participants full reign to try things knowing we have the edit to shape the show,” the statement read. “Sometimes the line is discovered by crossing it. The Paul Walker references will not be in the telecast.”"
One of the jokes came from the mouth of veteran comedy roast-er, Jeffrey Ross. Knowing Walker’s friend and former Fast & Furious co-star Ludacris was present, Ross quoted one of Ludacris’s lyrics but at Walker’s expense.
"“Move bitch, get out of the way. That’s what Paul Walker should have told that tree.”"
Ross’s joke elicited a very uncomfortable reaction from Bieber and Ludacris as well as the crowd, some of which booed the comedian. He was quick to fire back though, saying, “Too soon? Too fast? Too furious? Give me a break people I’m trying to save this kid’s life.”
Even Bieber later admitted that the joke might have gone too far saying, “I didn’t particularly like the Paul Walker jokes.”
If the fact that they’re going to cut out some jokes gives you any idea to how raunchy this roast will be, you’d be hard pressed not to tune in to Comedy Central on March 30th to check out the Roast of Justin Bieber.
