It turns out they apparently will, and all you have to do in return is win The Masters.
After spending years hanging out at the Chick-fil-A across from Jesuit, his high school in Dallas, Spieth will now be hanging out at one on a Sunday after a record-tying day on the course.
What better way to celebrate the biggest win of his career than by eating the most delicious chicken on planet earth.
Just being able to enter a Chick-fil-A on a Sunday has to be a feat reserved for royalty. It’s the type of situation that legends and myths are created from.
Spieth’s performance on the course was no legend or myth, however, as he shot 18-under for the tournament and led wire to wire to win, which hasn’t been done since 1976.
Spieth going to Chick-fil-A isn’t the first time that a winner of The Masters has gone to a popular food joint after winning. Last year’s winner, Bubba Watson, celebrated at everyone’s favorite breakfast stop, Waffle House, with family and friends.
The post-Masters celebration meal is slowly becoming just as popular as the meal that the champions pick before the tournament begins. Last year it’s waffles, this year it is Chick-fil-A on a Sunday.
After one of the best performances ever on a golf course, Spieth became a hero to all yet again as he did the impossible and got Chick-fil-A to open on a Sunday.
