Cubs fans yell ‘you suck’ at Kris Bryant after third strikeout (Video)

Chicago Cubs fans are already yelling “you suck” at Kris Bryant during his debut.

Chicago Cubs prospect Kris Bryant was the hottest name in spring training, and arguably the best player. Still, the team decided to send him to the minors to start the season so he could develop, which was a thinly veiled attempt to conceal the fact that they did so to keep another year tacked on to the end of his contract.

But his day has come and he has been brought up to join the Cubs and play in his first Major League Baseball game. Cubs fans were so excited that they even gave him a standing ovation before his first at-bat.

But he struck out in three pitches.

Then he would go on to strike out in his second and third at-bats as well. And the Cubs fans that were just giving him a standing ovation after skipping work and school to see his debut, are already turning on him. Fans yelled “you suck” at Bryant so loud that you could hear it through the broadcast.

Don’t believe them, listen for yourself.

This is relatively unfair treatment of Bryant, he has made some amazing plays for the team so far. Like turning this double play…
