Draymond Green trolls LeBron James, says he’s ‘not God’

With the NBA Finals rapidly approaching, Draymond Green isn’t keeping his mouth shut when it comes to the Golden State Warriors match up with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

LeBron James is one of the best basketball players of all time. He can do things on a basketball court that are sometimes unbelievable. Sometimes his play style can respectfully be referred to as “divine.”

It’s true. LeBron was blessed with an immense amount of talent and work ethic by the basketball gods. But even though he appears to be more than human out there, Draymond Green assures everyone that he is not in fact God.

The trash talk between the two teams in the NBA finals is always entertaining leading up to the finals. Draymond Green may have had the best line of them all with this one though. He wants everyone to know that LeBron is vulnerable, and the Warriors know that.

The San Antonio Spurs proved it last year in the NBA finals, knocking out King James 4 games to just 1. In 2011, the Dallas Mavericks also showed the world that LeBron can be beat, despite his best efforts. There is no reason to think that he can’t be beat this year by the Warriors, who held the best record in the regular season this year and possess the MVP in Steph Curry. So maybe Draymond Green does have a point.

After all, LeBron is good, but every Superman has his kryptonite. LeBron’s might be his lack of depth after starting forward Kevin Love went down with a shoulder injury that will side line him for the rest of the playoffs. James is only one man and even though the Cavs didn’t need Love for the past two series against the Chicago Bulls and Atlanta Hawks, they might against the Warriors who happen to have two of the best big men the Cavs will face.

Draymond Green realizes that this is a real thing. LeBron and the Cavs might be in trouble against the Warriors in the finals. He was just letting everyone know in a quote that trolled LeBron super hard. Keep up the good work Draymond, we are all loving the sass.
