Urban Meyer was a pretty active participant on Tuesday night at the NBA Finals with the Cavaliers taking on the Warriors
So far the 2015 calendar year has been a pretty good one for residents and sports fans in the state of Ohio. It all began back in January when the Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Oregon Ducks in the College Football Playoff to claim the national championship, and now the Cleveland Cavaliers are two wins away from the NBA Championship.
Well Tuesday night for Game 3 in Cleveland, those two worlds collided and Urban Meyer was right at the forefront.
Before the Cavaliers would walk away with the Game 3 win on Tuesday night, the Buckeyes head football coach would lead everyone in attendance in the infamous “O-H-I-O” chant, in what turned out to be a pretty cool moment for all involved.
Hey, there’s really no one better to get you pumped for a run towards a title than the man that just won one of his own, right? The entire state of Ohio is pretty tight knit when it comes to their sports franchises, which makes this moment right here all the better.
