Players are beginning to agree to deals with their respective franchises as the NBA Free Agency period is officially underway

The flood gates have officially opened on this Wednesday, July 1, 2015 and you’re all glued to the Twitter account of Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski like your life depends on it. That’s because the 2015 NBA Free Agency period has officially begun and the cash is just straight flowing for some of the best (and even some of the not-so-best) players in the league.

Although, the hottest free agent on the market, LaMarcus Aldridge, has yet to agree to terms with a team, some other big names from around the league are making sure that their place on a certain team is secured and they’re being paid handsomely. Oh, and by the way, Aldridge is totally signing with the Spurs, it’s only a matter of time. Just accept it and move on.

Despite the fact that the biggest name on the market hasn’t come to an official agreement with anyone yet, this has still been an entertaining opening day for the 2015 NBA Free Agency period. There have been some agreements that make all the sense in the world and should be remembered as great moves down the road.
