Dez Bryant came in behind Julio Jones on the NFL Network Top 100 Countdown and he’s none too happy about it

As we get set for the glorious time of the year that is football season, NFL Network is getting us ready as they do every year, with their Top 100 Players of 2015 countdown. Voted on by the players in the league, the list does exactly what the title says — counts down the top 100 players in the league heading into this season.
Now it’s understood that Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant is certainly within the top 20 players in the entire league right now, but he’s not entirely happy with where he’s positioned.
Wednesday night No. 20-11 on the countdown were revealed as we inch closer to training camps getting started, and Bryant came in at No. 15. Hey, being No. 15 out of all the players in the NFL isn’t too bad at all, but Bryant had a pretty big problem with it. With Julio Jones slotted in the No. 13 spot, Bryant seemed a little perturbed and he let the NFL Network know about it.
Yeah, he’s not too pleased. But here’s the thing: He seems to be pointing his angst towards the NFL Network with this direct tweet at them, and as stated before, they’re not the ones that make the list. This list is voted on by his peers in the league, so he should maybe poll around and take it up with them.
Although, with his threat to sit out Week 1 if he doesn’t get the long-term deal that he wants, he’s probably lucky that he wasn’t left off the list altogether. Maybe there should be a rule that if you cut your own season short, then you should be exempt from appearing on the list.
