NBA Trade Rumors: Bucks make Miles Plumlee available

The Milwaukee Bucks aren’t off to the hot start we thought they’d be, and now they’re looking to make a trade to change things up.

Last year, the Milwaukee Bucks used the NBA trade deadline to flip their franchise around and actually make a run in the playoffs. They didn’t make it out of the first-round against the Bulls and probably wouldn’t have made it past Cleveland in the Conference Semifinals, but they still surged in a big way thanks to some big trades.

With the start of their 2015-16 season not really living up to expectations, the team might end up using last year’s trade formula to spark their team the year.

According to Marc Stein from ESPN, the Bucks have reportedly made Miles Plumlee available for a trade.

Plumlee was acquired from the Phoenix Suns last year at the trade deadline in a deal that sent Brandon Knight out west. Milwaukee has the young talent to compete in the East, but they haven’t been able to be as consistent as Jason Kidd wants them to be. Trading Plumlee is a move the team can afford to make, even if it seems they’re doubling down by trading a guy less than a year into his tenure with the team.

Still, Plumlee is a talented forward who could help the right team out, and Milwaukee moving him could be a win-win for whoever decides to get into bed as trade partners.
