Taiwan releases animation of Alabama vs. Clemson (Video)

The Taiwanese already know what will happen in the National Championship game between Alabama and Clemson, and have released an animation of it.

Who says college football is only popular in the States? The highly anticipated National Championship, between number 1 Clemson and number 2 Alabama, is set to kick off on January 11 and who knows what’s going to happen? Well, the Taiwanese do (after all, they are 13 hours ahead of us) and they released a stunning, and very literal, parody video of how the game will play out.

They do a clever job depicting Clemson as a Tiger and Alabama as Tide laundry detergent. They show Jake Coker (depicted as a Coke bottle) throwing passes to standout freshman Calvin Ridley who can run circles around the Clemson defense while Derrick Henry violently stiff-arms people out of the way.

However, Clemson stands a good chance thanks to their dual-threat quarterback DeShaun Watson, who has rocket legs and arms for this occasion. Their wideouts have glue attached to their fingers while Wayne Gallman has wheels (literally).

In the end, they say the final score will be 30-0 Clemson (or is it 70-30 Alabama?) There’s no shortage of intriguing storylines for this game, such as will Clemson become the first ever 15-0 team, will Alabama add another championship to their never-ending dynasty, or will Clemson succumb to their dreaded fate and lose because of “Clemsoning”? (Just don’t say that word in front of Dabo Swinney).
