Rudy Gobert sails for one-handed alley-oop (Video)

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert sailed over Chicago Bulls center Pau Gasol for a one-handed alley-oop slam.

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert does athletic things that most people as tall as him shouldn’t be able to do. The 7-foot-2 center showed off just how athletic he is against the Chicago Bulls on Monday night.

With Raul Neto driving toward the hoop, he noticed Gobert sprinting untouched to the basket and Neto lobbed up a pass right to Gobert in a spot where only he could get it.

The lob was so high that it almost sailed over the reach of Gobert, which is incredible in itself. Luckily, Gobert was able to snag it with one hand and bring the hammer down right over Bulls center Pau Gasol for a huge alley-oop slam.

A big man with moves like that is downright scary. Most players that tall stumble over themselves and don’t get that much lift off the ground, but that’s what makes Gobert different from the rest.

Gasol is no slouch on the defensive end either. However, with how high Gobert got on the play, not even Gasol was going to stand a chance of stopping him.
