MIAMI, FL - FEBRUARY 24: Stephen Curry

Stephen Curry cemented himself into NBA history a little more by breaking this record on Thursday night.

Right now you can make an argument that Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry is the greatest shooter in the history of the NBA. People have certainly talked about this all year long as the Warriors are on their record-breaking pace, but it’s still always nice to have some evidence to back up your argument.

Well, on Thursday night, Curry gave people something to use.

In the first quarter of the game on Thursday against the Orlando Magic, Curry nailed this three-pointer, marking the 128th consecutive game that he’s dropped one in, which is an NBA record.

Curry broke the record that was previously held by Kyle Korver, but there’s no telling just how far Curry can take the new record. It doesn’t seem as if he’s not going to hit one anytime soon, as that’s basically what this man does game in and game out. It’s literally even hard to imagine watching a Warriors game and not seeing Curry drop one in from deep.

This is one historical season for this entire Warriors team, and with this record-breaking shot, Curry is just added to the list of what we can talk about when it comes to this team.
