Mick Foley could be returning to WWE television soon to set up an appearance at WrestleMania
WrestleMania 32 on April 3 is expected to be a star-studded event, with an attendance of over 100,000 expected inside AT&T Stadium. With this being the case, WWE is pulling as many legends out of the woodwork as they could to make an appearance, with The Rock already confirming that he will be there in some capacity.
Well, you can add one of Rock’s old rivals to the list of people that we’ll be seeing soon to hype up the event — Mick Foley.
According to F4WOnline, Foley is scheduled to return to WWE television rather soon to set up some sort of angle on the biggest show of the year. Adding Foley to the mix in any form is a pretty solid coup for WrestleMania 32.
Now the question with all of this turns to what exactly he’ll be doing. What angle will he be involved in? Is it one of the bigger ones or is it something that’ll be lower on the card.
Right off the bat, what might be the best option is to get Foley involved with Kevin Owens. When you initially put these two together, the back-and-forth action on the microphones would be tremendous. Then, of course, you can use Foley to bring in someone to shut Owens up, that someone being the person that has feuded with him for years and recently threw him out of the Royal Rumble — Sami Zayn.
That’s just one possibility, but apparently in the coming weeks we’re going to find out for sure what Foley will be involved in leading to WrestleMania 32.
