Charlie Villanueva got in the way of Russell Westbrook and that’s something you don’t do

The Oklahoma City Thunder and Dallas Mavericks are playing Game 2 of their Western Conference Playoff series on Monday night, and as always, Russell Westbrook has his pregame routine. One of his pregame routines happens to involve teammate Cameron Payne, although on Monday there was some interference.

You see, as Westbrook and Payne were doing their little handshake, Charlie Villanueva, while he was warming up, decided he’d get in the way.

That was the wrong move to pull off, because Russ made sure he got the hell out of the way.

There are few things that you mess with on the basketball court, and Russell Westbrook’s pregame routines are one of them. This was not a smart move by Villanueva, because he should remember what Russ and the Thunder did to the Mavericks in Game 1.

But hey, if you wanna poke the beast that is Russell Westbrook, better you than I. It’s not me he’s gonna run over when he tries to take the rim down with a dunk again.
