After winning a fatal 4-way and then a singles match against Roman Reigns in the main event of last episode, Finn Balor is now headed for one of the main events of WWE SummerSlam as he’ll face off against Seth Rollins for the newly announced WWE Universal Championship. Will we get a first look at the belt or any progression of this feud in Atlanta? Hopefully one or both of those things are on the docket.
Of course, WWE RAW from Philips Arena is going to be interesting in a major way as it features the return of Brock Lesnar (and reportedly Paul Heyman). This will obviously be his first appearance since his failed doping tests leading into UFC 200, so you have to wonder what the fan reaction will be and how they’ll start building to his match with Randy Orton at SummerSlam—especially since Orton is now on Smackdown.
Moreover, Sasha Banks is now Women’s Champion but also already has a rematch set for SummerSlam against the woman she beat in Charlotte. What will happen next with the blood already boiling between these two women.
