Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott scores on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and then proceeds to jump into the Salvation Army kettle in celebration.

The Dallas Cowboys were all tied up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football in Week 15 at three points apiece. Dallas would call on rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott to get them into the end zone near the red zone.

Elliott would answer that call and then proceed to have the best celebration of any player in recent memory. He would run out of the back of the end zone and jump into the giant red Salvation Army kettle next to the goal line stands.

The Salvation Army kettle couldn’t hold Zeke back, as he jumped into that red pot like the crazy former track star he is. Did he get penalized on that play? Of course he did, but Elliott used the kettle as a prop. The NFL doesn’t like props.

Should he get fined for his leap into goodwill, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones would absolutely love to pay Elliott’s fine. The Jones Family are massive supports of the red kettle campaign for the Salvation Army during the holiday season.

Elliott continues to amaze in his rookie season out of Ohio State. He is easily the front-runner for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, edging out his teammate quarterback Dak Prescott. Dallas will need Elliott to continue to run like a Pro Bowler if the Cowboys want to contend for a trip to Super Bowl LI in Houston.

The Cowboys are still playing a Buccaneers team that has won its last five games to force its way into the NFC Playoffs conversation. Tampa Bay has emerged as an elite defensive team in the second half of 2016, but the Buccaneer have to do a better job of containing Elliott to pull of this primetime upset in Arlington.
