ESPN college basketball analyst Dick Vitale is hinting at two programs that will be soon met with NCAA violations.
Here we go again.
It’s time for everyone’s favorite at-home game. It’s time to play, Which college basketball program is going to be hit with NCAA violations!
It seems like it’s an ongoing thing with the NCAA investigating some program or booster or someone affiliated with a program and the unsavory things they may or may not have done in order to get a player to commit to a specific school.
And now Dick Vitale is fanning the flames after sending out a tweet over the weekend saying two programs are going to be hit with NCAA violations and the only hang-up is the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that is complicating matters.
It is just a matter of time b4 allegations of major @NCAA violations will be sent to 2 power conference schools .Yes my source is usually on the money . No shock to ppl in the hopps world so I will let u use ur imagination .Delaying the process has been COVID-19

For those who follow Dickie V on Twitter, you are likely aware of what seems like a vendetta with LSU and Arizona who he has repeatedly mentioned are in the scopes of the NCAA and are going to be struck down with significant NCAA violations.
And then there are programs like Kansas, Louisville and now Duke who have been linked to violations, including most recently, Duke allegedly giving improper benefits to Zion Williamson’s camp in order to get him to sign with the Blue Devils.
A bigger question may be whether the casual college basketball fan even cares about this stuff anymore as we get closer toward student-athletes being compensated for their name, image and likeness. Or whether this is just an opportunity for one fanbase to proclaim they are high and mighty and so much pure and better than their rivals who are dirty.
In other words, “Everyone is cheating except for the school I am a fan of” rationale.
I’m in the “who cares” camp but rules are rules and if they are broken, there will be consequences for their actions. Whether those consequences result in scholarship reductions, NCAA Tournament bans, a coach being levied a show-cause ban or any other combination of penalties, we’ll have to wait and see what the NCAA has up their sleeve.
In the meantime, check out Dickie V’s Twitter to see if he’ll have any other dirt he wants to throw out.
