Taking your pants off in an ice cold environment isn’t something most men think about, but then again, most men aren’t from Calgary. A Calgary Flames fan did this very thing, as he stripped down to his boxer briefs and strutted his stuff on the ice in Calgary during the Flames game against the Wednesday night against the San Jose Sharks.
Now, this guy might have been an idiot for stripping down to his briefs to storm the ice, but he’s not a total moron. The fan waited until intermission to streak on the ice, as a naked man going up against 10 men on ice skates is just the most unfair kind of fight.
This isn’t the first time a fan has run onto the ice during a Flames game, but as was confirmed via Twitter (and the above video), unlike the fan back in 2002, our streaker on Wednesday night was partially clothed.
Streaker alert. Poor buddy (in shorts, mind you) made it all the way to centre ice before the "ice patrol" snagged him. A good 30 second run

Also unlike the 2002 fan that streaked in nothing but his red socks, the fan on Wednesday night was escorted off the ice on his feet. The fan in 2002 infamously slipped on the ice and knocked himself unconscious, forcing a delay in the game as members of the Flames medical staff had to take him off on a stretcher.
