Sports fans are crazy — there’s no other way to put it. From getting glass eyes with logos to wearing nothing but a thong in sub-zero temperatures, sports fans are a unique breed of people that cease to allow conformity to hold their fandom down. One Pittsburgh Steelers fan has entered the upper-echelon of fandom, as he’s gone above and beyond to show love for his favorite team. This particular fan won’t ever again forget his ‘Terrible Towel’ as he’s tattooed it directly onto his chest.
The fan tweeted a picture of his ‘Terrible’ tattoo to Steelers linebacker LaMarr Woodley who was so impressed that he retweeted it to his 170,000 followers.
Some Steelers fans might point out that the original Terrible Towel was yellow, as are most that show up today at Heinz Field, but the fan still deserves massive credit for dedicating so much of his body to his love of the Steelers. Still, as impressive as this fan’s tattooed ‘Towel’ is, he’s got nothing on one fan that went beyond a simple tattoo and dedicated his entire back to the history of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
