The Oakland Raiders added a back up for running back Darren McFadden on Wednesday when it was announced that the team has agreed to a deal with former Jacksonville Jaguars running back Rashad Jennings.
The news came from none other than Jennings himself on Twitter.
He wrote, “Its official! I’ll be rocking that Black and Silver this yr. #Raidernation let’s go make it happen!”
Jennings rushed for more than 50 yards only once in 2012, but he was plagued by a concussion and shoulder injury throughout the season.
His style is a perfect compliment to current Raiders starter Darren McFadden.
Despite adding Jennings as a back up, the Raiders would be wise to add another running back in the draft.
