The Pittsburgh Steelers released veteran linebacker James Harrison after he refused to take a pay cut, but it looks like he will still return to Heinz Field in 2013. Harrison made his final stop of the AFC North tour when he visited with the Cincinnati Bengals late last week, and now the two sides are working towards completing a deal in the coming days.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter:
Bengals and former Steelers LB James Harrison will try to complete a deal this week. Harrison more signable than Karlos Dansby at this time.

The 34-year-old pass rusher still has a few years left to give and he fills a major need for the Bengals.
Harrison would join Rey Maualuga and Vontaze Burfict to form a trio of hard-nosed, intimidating players. If the Bengals were looking to have a nasty attitude on defense, signing Harrison would be a step in the right direction.
If a deal gets completed this week, the Bengals 2013 opponents better get ready for a physical outing.
