Vancouver is no stranger to the NHL Playoffs, but neither are the San Jose Sharks and that showed in Gam 1 of the Quarterfinals showdown between the Canucks and Sharks earlier this week. Despite earning the 3-seed in the Western Conference, the Canucks couldn’t hold down the up-start Sharks and the goaltending of netminder Antti Niemi was too much for Vancouver to handle.

But that’s why they play seven games, and this is a series that will likely utilize the maximum amount of games. The Canucks first two lines are just incredible, but this series will be won or lost based on the play of the thinner third and fourth lines and if they can penetrate Antti Niemi’s shield in net.
