NHL Playoffs 2013: Friday TV Schedule, Live Stream, Preview And More
By Josh Hill
With three teams now in the Semifinal round of the NHL Playoffs, we are looking to the four remaining series to see who can wrap up what and when. Over in the East, we have a pair of Game 5’s on Friday and but only one is capable of ending this evening. The Boston Bruins lost one game to the Toronto Maple Leafs and need a win on Friday to be the second Eastern Conference team to advance to the next round.
Down in the Nation’s Capital, the Caps are looking to head back to New York with the series lead but nothing is promised. The Rangers have the series tied and are gripping to what they can in hopes of getting the chance to end the series in New York and be on the right side of the outcome.
The wild Western Conference gives us a pair of Game 6’s where two California teams are looking to advance in the postseason. The defending Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings powered back in their series and are hoping great netminding by Jonathan Quick can get them one step closer to defending their crown. Across the country in Detroit, the Anaheim Ducks are hoping they too can advance to the next round and set up a meeting with aforementioned Kings in a series that will no doubt divide a state.
