Victor Oladipo is among the discussion of potential top-five picks of the upcoming 2013 NBA Draft. Oladipo had an outstanding junior season at Indiana and has drawn a lot of attention from NBA scouts for his high motor and athleticism.

Unfortunately, many of the teams that are interested in the explosive shooting guard are not in position to take him entering Tuesday’s draft lottery. The Portland Trailblazers enter the lottery likely to wind up with the tenth selection. If that is the case, Oladipo will almost certainly be off the board by that time.

However, according to a source close to the Blazers, they are interested in moving up to get him if the ping-pong balls don’t favor them on Tuesday.

Oladipo commented on the report and had this to say:

"“I would really love to go to Portland, and I’m not just saying that. I hope, and I don’t think I’m dropping that far, but if they decided to move up somehow, I think that would be a great situation for me. It’s a place where you can just concentrate on basketball. Playing with solid veterans in Portland that aren’t that far away from being serious contenders, would be a dream come true. To play in the backcourt with Damian Lillard and to have [Nicolas] Batum on the other wing, would be a great situation.”"
