The lives of many Oklahomans have changed forever. On monday, the whole world was left motionless in horror as a monstrous tornado ripped through the city, leaving death and deviation in its path.

While most of the Thunder plays have fortunately left the city as their post-season run ended last week, they were all thinking and watching the events unfold in their beloved second home.

Kevin Durant was one of the players to tweet out his support.

"Please pray for the people in OKC. A lot of families lives changed from the tornados aftermath."

The OKC Thunder’s twitter page has also been sending updates and news all day. Although the Thunder’s season was cut short, hopefully communities can rally around the team and find comfort while cheering their hearts out for one common goal next season.

The thoughts of all of us at Fansided are with the many the people of Oklahoma affected by this tragedy and those that have lost loved ones as they all try to recover. Please keep your thoughts and prayers with those of OKC.
