While the Los Angeles Clippers continue their search for a new head coach, a familiar name has now been brought out. Former Portland Trailblazers’ Nate McMillian.

According to Broderick Turner of The Los Angeles TimesMcMillan, who was terminated halfway through his seventh season with the Trailblazers after a 43 wins, 20 losses in 2012, has drawn interest as a possible replacement.

"As the Clippers look for a replacement for just-let-go coach Vinny Del Negro, former Portland Trail Blazers coach Nate McMillan has emerged as a potential candidate, according to several NBA executives who were not authorized to speak publicly on the situation."

This isn’t the first time there’s been word of McMillan’s return. A couple of weeks ago, we reported that McMillan was the frontrunner of the Detroit Pistons coaching gig. Besides the Pistons and the Clippers, McMillan has also drawn interested from the Atlanta Hawks.

Over his 12 years as a coach, McMillan posted 478 wins and 452 losses. Does McMillan deserved another shot in the NBA? Sound off in the comments below or simply cast your vote.
