The Baltimore Ravens are set to receive their Super Bowl rings for their win over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. People always like to see how flashy the new Super Bowl rings are compared to the previous seasons, so there has been anticipation from fans and players alike about the unveiling of their championship ring.
Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith expressed his excitement about receiving his ring during tonight’s ceremony by comparing it to a major moment in a woman’s life. “I might act like a woman when she sees her engagement ring. I can’t wait. I can’t wait,” he said.
Luckily for Smith, he only has a few more hours to go before he gets to put on his new ring.
