Indianapolis Colts defensive back Joe Lefeged has become the latest NFL player to be arrested, but the exact charges and incidents that led to his arrest remain unknown. According to the Indianapolis Star, “Sgt. Locita Dixon at the jail’s Central Cell Block said she could not provide information about what led to the arrest or any charges against Lefeged, referring questions to a spokesman for the Washington, D.C., police department.”
Lefeged grew up in nearby Gaithersburg, Maryland.
While police are refusing to gather details, it looks like the Colts remain in the dark as well.
The Indianapolis Star reached out to Colts officials for comments on Lefeged’s arrest, but they had no information.
