This is a smaller news piece destined to get lost in bigger news like Monta Ellis choosing a new home soon, but the Milwaukee Bucks and Sacramento Kings have struck a deal forĀ Luc Richard Mbah a Moute.
The Kings were desperately in the market for a small forward and said market was starting to get picked dry. Sacramento apparently gave up a second-round pick to obtain Mbah a Moute.
Ken Berger of CBSSports.com had the news first on Twitter:
Sam Amick of USA Today later confirmed the report with more details:
Smart move for the Kings here.Ā Mbah a Moute has a chance to land a starting role with the team after averaging almost seven points per game to go with four rebounds.
Again, this is a move that will get lost in the shuffle, butĀ Mbah a Moute is a quality pickup that can make the team better right away.
