NFL Network will be airing the first preseason game of the season for the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles. Both teams have been in the headlines for very different reasons this offseason, but now they can finally get a chance to put their energy towards performing on the field.
For New England, this will be a chance to play some football and put the Aaron Hernandez situation behind them, while the Eagles will give us a first look at Chip Kelly’s offense and how it will perform in the NFL.
As far as preseason games go, this one is going to be exciting.
