Evan Turner of the Philadelphia 76ers said that the team has a new start this season.

"“It’s a new start for everything. They changed the front office, they changed the coach, got a lot of new players.” Quote from Turner from Tom Moore on Twitter."

Right now the 76ers have some serious issues when it comes to depth on their roster. Turner is expected to play more shooting guard with James Anderson who has the most experience at that position, is listed at that spot for now. This lack of depth on the team could open up an opportunity for new starts to come forward for this 76ers team that should struggle this season.

Although Turner started pretty much every game last season, he really didn’t do much to amaze everybody. He only averaged 13.3 points, 4.3 assists and 6.3 rebounds in 35.3 minutes per game. Mean while he only shot 41.9 percent from the floor, but shot a career high 36.5 from long range.

With Jrue Holiday being traded, their offensive numbers should drop some. Unless someone steps up and picks up the slack. Holiday averaged 17.7 points, 8.0 assists per game last season.
