Apparently cheerleaders can play basketball, too. Well, at the very least, they can make some killer trick shots that make the game much more difficult than it really is. Kevin Nebeker, who is a member of the Washington State Cougars cheerleading squad, made an incredible backflip trick shot that has caught the Internet on fire.

The Washington State athletic website posted the video and said that Nebeker was fooling around and thought it’d be a good idea to kick off practice with this shot attempt.

Let’s pause for the round of applause.

In case you can’t tell, that is Nebeker nailing a three-quarter court shot. He lines up at the opposite three-point line before launching the ball over his head mid-backflip to hit nothing but net. There isn’t enough you can say about this shot to do it justice.

Something tells me it is only a matter of time until Nebeker busts out a trick shot video.

Hell, maybe Washington State can even use him as a secret weapon off the bench. Don’t laugh, it worked for the Mighty Ducks with Russ Tyler and his unstoppable knuckle puck.
