Back in April the Raiders used the 112th overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft to grab the Arkansas quarterback. There was some offseason thought the rookie could unseat Matt Flynn for the starting job.
As it turns out, the Bengals, or whatever AFC North team was considering him, will not claim Wilson, as the Raiders signed him to their practice squad.
