The AFC West appears to be a lopsided division heading in to the 2013-14 regular season featuring one of the top Super Bowl contenders and a team that finished last season as the worst in the league with the Kansas City Chiefs.

With such a wide range in talent among the teams, it is interesting to check out the Las Vegas odds to take home the division crown.

As you would expect, the Broncos are the clear favorite in the division, while the Kansas City Chiefs hold the No. 2 spot. The San Diego Chargers, who were always praised for their talent, are right in the mix with Kansas City as potential runners-up for the division title, with the lowly Oakland Raiders bringing up the rear as a big long shot.

Here are the odds heading in to the season for the AFC West:

Denver Broncos 1/3
San Diego Chargers 6/1
Kansas City Chiefs 4/1
Oakland Raiders 20/1

It is really a no-brainer to consider the Patriots the clear favorite in the AFC West, so Vegas got it right with this one.
