Dallas Cowboys fans held their breath when quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant went down in the season opener against the New York Giants. Both continued to play in the game and both underwent medical exams this week. Romo and Bryant’s X-rays both came back negative. Bryant had an additional MRI on his foot to check for other potential injuries and he eventually was diagnosed with a mild foot sprain.
Both players, plus cornerback Morris Claiborne, were dressed up in pads for practice Wednesday morning.
Tony Romo, Dez Bryant and Morris Claiborne are all dressed out and participating in early part of practice. 88 likely to be limited.
