Arizona Cardinals fans and Larry Fitzgerald fantasy owners are waking up to some good news today. The wide receiver will play Sunday against the Detroit Lions according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Despite being listed as questionable with a hamstring injury, Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald will play today.

Schefter’s declaration was more confident than Ian Rapoport’s “tentatively” expected to play report earlier today.
As I said on #GameDayMorning: Larry Fitzgerald is tentatively expected to play, source says. Will test hammy pre game, though.

And it looks like CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora supports Adam Schefter’s more optimistic proclamation.
Ed Reed, Larry Fitzgerald and Roddy White set to play today, according to sources. White (high ankle sprain) could be particularly limited

Fitzgerald was limited in practice earlier this week as he fights off a hamstring injury. He was considered questionable as late as Friday but it was reported that Fitzgerald was “moving around better” in practice on Friday.
Open part of practice Fitz was moving around better then yesterday, still limited. Housler was rehabbing outside, likely out another week.
