Follow the Pittsburgh Steelers second poor offensive outing and loss, there were reports that tempers boiled over on the sidelines and wide receiver Antonio Brown confronted Todd Haley, but the offensive coordinator says that no such issues took place.

The report stated that Brown and Haley got in to an argument during the Monday night loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, but Haley refutes the report and claims the two men are on good terms.

“Did not happen. There was no confrontation. That’s all I can say,” Haley said, via Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “There was no problem whatsoever between he or I.”

If there was no confrontation, it is obviously a good sign for the Steelers. If the offense is going to improve, they will need Brown and Haley working together to ensure they get out of their slump.

However, if there were issues between the two, it could be a larger sign of displeasure inside of the team’s locker room.

No one in Pittsburgh has been happy with the start of the season and the last thing they need is for two key figures to have tension hurting their relationship.
