
Whether they’re looking ahead to their match up next week with Florida State remains to be known, but the Miami Hurricanes are having a tough time at home right now with the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. The Demon Deacons are currently up on the seventh-ranked team in the country 7-3 in the second quarter.
The Miami defense has had a rather tough time stopping QB Tanner Price and the rest of the Wake Forest offense. Wake started off the game with an over 70-yard drive to strike first.
But, that doesn’t mean that the Hurricanes’ defense hasn’t had its share of moments.
In the first quarter as Wake was driving, Price handed the ball off to running back Josh Harris. Harris did find a seam along the right side, but then he was rudely met by one of Miami’s best defenders in linebacker Denzel Perryman:

Unfortunately, the ‘Canes can’t get more plays like that in this one as they’re in some serious danger of falling down even more to the Demon Deacons at the moment.
