It looks like that blockbuster trade we were all hoping to see prior to today’s NFL trade deadline may happen after all, as the Seattle Seahawks, fresh off of a narrow win over the struggling St. Louis Rams, are potentially on the verge of assing one of the best pass-rushers in the NFL over the past decade.
The Minnesota Vikings have rebuffed all trade talks to this point for All-Pro defensive end Jared Allen, but they may be willing to do a deal at the deadline if he price is right, and that’s believed to be a third-round draft pick or higher.
The Hawks may be the ones to do it:
Seattle making 11th-hour push to trade for Vikings Pro-Bowl DE Jared Allen, per multiple sources. Vikings also talking to second team.

Seahawks and Vikings were trade partners last winter on WR Percy Harvin. Now trying to see if they can work out another trade.
