The Dallas Cowboys are struggling to keep up with the New Orleans Saints and are currently trailing 21-10 just before the end of the first half. One of the touchdowns came on a one-yard pass from Drew Brees to running back Pierre Thomas.

The play didn’t come without costs though. Ware sacked Brees as he was releasing the football and it looked like a pretty violent, but legal hit. Brees leaped in the air for the pass, that was his first mistake. As soon as Ware hits Brees you can see his head snap back. Then Ware drives Brees into the turf and lands on top of him. Ware is a big man too.

Brees shook it off though and didn’t seem too bothered by it.
