Sunday, the Detroit Lions traveled east to Pittsburgh to take on the 3-6 Pittsburgh Steelers. The Lionsā offense has been a bit resurgent as of late and theyāre looking to continue that trend against a Steelers defense that has struggled at times.
Sometimes in the NFL, though, no matter how good you are, you need some breaks to go your way, and thatās what happened early on in this one.
Lionsā versatile running back Reggie Bush took the ball and went right into the heart of the Pittsburgh defense. The only thing was, it seemed as if he couldnāt keep it in his possession. He was hit hard, and it appears as if the ball came loose before his knee hit the ground:

The call on the field was rather different. This wasnāt ruled a fumble, but rather they ruled that Bushās knee had hit the ground before the ball came out.
Whatās your opinion? Was it a fumble upon further review? Or, was that knee down?
