There is some bad news for Minnesota Vikings cornerback Josh Robinson, who was getting better as the season went on. The young cornerback out of Central Florida could miss the remainder of the season after learning that he suffered a fracture in his chest.
According to Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier, Robinson suffered a broken sternum that could land him on the injured reserve list.
From Paul Allen of KFAN Sports Radio:
Leslie just said josh Robinson broke his sternum and might be out for the year. That sucks for him - great kid, getting better. #Vikings

Robinson did struggle greatly to kick off the season, but he was beginning to find his groove. Unfortunately, the injury will hurt any chances he will have to show his coaches he can be counted on moving forward.
When Minnesota reviews the season and their roster to prepare for next season, you can expect them to search for an upgrade at cornerback.
