Last night the Texas Rangers and the Detroit Tigers pretty much blind sided the entire league and all the fans as they pulled a trigger on one of the biggest off-season trades in recent years.

The Texas Rangers announced a couple weeks ago that they were open to trading either Elvis Andrus, Jurickson Profar and Ian Kinsler to open up a spot for whoever was left on the roster. Well now that Kinsler is gone, it looks like Profar will be taking over at second base, or will he?

Now according to Ken Rosenthal on Twitter, the Texas Rangers are still open to trading either Elvis Andrus or Jurickson Profar. You have to wonder if possibly dealing all three was the plan they had in mind.

Between the two, Andrus will more than likely be moved instead of Profar considering how great of a prospect he is. The Rangers can still get something decent in return for Andrus, I mean look who they picked up for Kinsler.

I know Fielder struggled during the post-season, but he’s still a forced to be reckoned with during the regular season.

The St. Louis Cardinals and the Tampa Bay Rays could also be involved according to Rosenthal. I wonder who gets traded next?
