The start of Sunday Night Football has not been kind to the New England Patriots. After Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller returned a Stevan Ridley fumble for a touchdown, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady decided to join the party by putting the ball on the ground himself.
We were dangerously close to getting a fat guy touchdown from Broncos defensive tackle Terrance Knighton, which would have set the Internet on fire, but he ultimately came up short.
The good news for the Broncos is that they were able to punch the ball in the endzone shortly after.
Unfortunately for the Patriots, it continues to get worse.
The team coughed up another turnover and they currently trail 17-0.
