Tavon Austin scores on 65-yard run (GIF)

St. Louis Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin is getting it done again today. In the Rams’ last game two weeks ago, against the Indianapolis Colts, Austin scored three times. Each of those scores came on plays over 50 yards.
There was a punt return for 98 yards, and two touchdown receptions. One touchdown was an 81 yard reception and the other was a 57 yard reception.
“I’ve been patient for eight weeks and, hopefully, it’s my time right now,” Austin said after the Colts game, via ESPN. “I knew the day was going to come. It was just me being patient and me being true to myself and to keep working. I’m just glad that I had an opportunity.”
Austin is doing it again early in Week 12, and it appears he hasn’t cooled off after the bye week. What is cool about this play is that he scores on a run. That means he has scored with a run, reception and on special teams in his last four scores.
He goes like he is going for an end around, but cuts it back quickly and doesn’t have to make a lot of defenders miss to score.
