It hasn’t been the best first half for Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, to say the least, as they take on the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football.
According to ESPN Stats & Info, the Patriots became a member of a rather dubious club in the first quarter.

All three New England turnovers have led to points.
Von Miller scooped up a Stevan Ridley fumble and returned it 60 yards for the Broncos first score. Tom Brady was then sacked by Miller and subsequently fumbled, Denver recovered and eventually Knowshon Moreno punched it from 2 yards out.
LeGarraette Blunt fumbled on the Patriots own 44 yard line, Denver recovered after a replay and wound up kicking a 27-yard field goal to put them up 17-0.
Defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson and the Broncos defense have been putting the pressure on Tom Brady, and sacked him on this play, the second for Denver:

Vickerson’s sack set the Patriots back 9 yards.
Neither Payton Manning nor Brady have done very much in this game thus far. It has been all Denver defense. Manning has completed 4-of-6 passes for 9 yards while Brady has completed 6-of-10 for 54 as Sunday Night Football heads into the second quarter.
