The Washington Redskins got off to a dreadful start on Monday Night Football, as their offense failed to get anything rolling and the San Francisco 49ers forced three straight three-and-outs. Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III isn’t helping the case any with his poor decision making and accurate throws, which were highlighted by a horrendous throw that went right into the arms of a 49ers defense.
Donte Whitner was the man who picked off RG3 on the terrible throw, which you can see below:

Griffin could use the excuse earlier in the season that he still had no confidence in his surgically repaired knee, but now he is just making bad decisions that are hurting his team.
If the Redskins are really interested in winning, they need to seriously consider giving Griffin a seat on the bench and allowing Kirk Cousins to take over as the starting quarterback. At this point, it can’t get much work in Washington.
