Rams at 49ers: live stream, start time, TV info and more
By Mike Dyce
The San Francisco 49ers are a very solid 7-4, but their passing offense ranks 32nd in the NFL. That has some people criticizing quarterback Colin Kaepernick, but St. Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher isn’t one of them.
“I don’t see any indication of him struggling,” Rams coach Jeff Fisher said Friday, via Pro Football Talk. “I don’t know where that’s coming from. He’s throwing touchdown passes and running around just like he did last year. So, I think any time you lose a game or two all the focus goes to the quarterback, but he’s not the reason that they lost football games. So, they’re very efficient and he’s a very talented quarterback.”
Fisher is going to try and find a way to stop Kaepernick on Sunday.
“Colin, he’s been taking a lot of criticism, but one thing I like about Colin, he’s always hanging in there. He’s always fighting through adversity,” tight end Vernon Davis said, via ESPN. “He’s one of those guys who’s tough. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anyone as tough as Colin, not just talking about the weight room tough, but emotionally.”
