Ryan Fitzpatrick hits Justin Hunter to cut into Broncos lead (GIF)

The Tennessee Titans are in a tough battle with the best team in the AFC but are holding their own.

They allowed Denver to put up 24 unanswered points ever since running back Shonn Greene extended their lead on his 28 yard touchdown run.

Fitzpatrick, who took over for the injured Jake Locker has been doing a fair job with this surprise Titans teams. They’ve been having a better season than most people thought, which is a positive sign for next season.

Tennessee got the ball back after Knowshon Moreno helped extend Denver’s lead with a one yard touchdown run to make it 34-21 in the third quarter.

The Titans needed a big drive from their offense if they wanted to keep themselves in this game and that’s exactly what they got.

Ryan Fitzpatrick was able to find speedy wide receiver Justin Hunter in the end zone on a play action pass. Hunter has three receptions for 108 yards on top of this touchdown.

The play was a 41 yard touchdown.
