FOX Sports has an awesome holiday themed scoreboard graphic this weekend. As the game play goes on, more snow falls on their scoreboard graphic in the top corner of the screen.
It doesn’t just fall in some continuous loop, it actually accumulates over time. This image below, from Business Insider, shows the snow accumulating over the course of the first quarter in the Saints-Panthers game.

At the end of the quarter, the snow melts or falls off and the cycle repeats:

Apparently the Christmas lights represent time outs each team has left as well.
