There is still one week remaining in the 2013-14 NFL regular season and a number of teams have already been eliminated from playoff contention. For the teams that are already looking to the offseason, there is one lucky team that will get the consolation prize of having the top pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
This year, the No. 1 overall pick will come down to either the Houston Texans or St. Louis Rams, who would earn the pick thanks to a trade with the Washington Redskins.
Houston is currently in the driverās seat for the top pick and would clinch the No. 1 spot with a loss in Week 17.
